Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mayawin ("mayawin", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the mayawin platform at mayawin.club, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
- "Platform" means the mayawin online casino and sports betting website accessible at mayawin.club, including all associated pages, services, and game content.
- "Player" or "User" means any natural person who registers for or accesses a mayawin account for the purpose of participating in real-money gaming activities.
- "Account" means the individual registered player account created by a User on the mayawin Platform, associated with a unique mobile number and username.
- "Wallet" means the player's in-platform balance, consisting of real-money funds deposited by the Player and/or bonus funds credited by mayawin.

- You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
- You accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
- You have read and accepted the mayawin Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
- You confirm that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and mayawin relating to the Platform. mayawin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 14.
Access to and use of the mayawin Platform is restricted to persons who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis during their use of the Platform:
- Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandatory under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from accessing, registering for, or using any real-money features of the mayawin Platform.
- Legal Capacity: You must possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
- Geographic Restriction Compliance: You must ensure that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for verifying the legality of online gambling in any jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.
- No Self-Exclusion: You must not be the subject of a self-exclusion order, a PAGCOR exclusion notice, or any other voluntary or compulsory gaming exclusion arrangement.
- Employees Excluded: Current employees of mayawin and its affiliated companies, PAGCOR employees, and immediate family members of either group are ineligible to hold player accounts on the Platform.
Age Verification: mayawin conducts mandatory KYC age verification for all Accounts. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately closed. All funds deposited by an underage Player will be returned to the originating payment method, net of any winnings, which will be forfeited. Winnings accrued on an ineligible Account are non-payable.
To access real-money features of the mayawin Platform, each User must complete a registration process and, prior to processing cash withdrawals, satisfy Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requirements.
4.1 Registration Requirements
- One Account per natural person. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual constitute a breach of these Terms.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including a valid Philippine mobile number.
- You must not register using false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party.
4.2 KYC Document Requirements
Prior to processing cash withdrawals, mayawin requires submission of at least one of the following valid Philippine government-issued identification documents:
- Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) PhilSys National ID — front and back.
- Philippine Passport — biographic data page.
- Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's Licence — front and back, current and unexpired.
- Social Security System (SSS) Card or Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID) — front and back.
- A live selfie photograph taken at the time of submission — face uncovered, clear lighting, neutral background.
Processing Time: KYC verification is typically completed within thirty (30) to sixty (60) minutes during Philippine business hours. mayawin reserves the right to request additional documentation for accounts subject to enhanced due diligence. Withdrawal requests remain pending until KYC is successfully completed.
5.1 Deposits
mayawin accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) via InstaPay, BDO (Banco de Oro) via InstaPay, Metrobank, USDT (TRC-20 blockchain), Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet transactions. mayawin does not charge fees on standard e-wallet deposits, though third-party payment processor charges, if any, are borne by the Player.
5.2 Withdrawals
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically feasible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
- KYC verification must be completed before any cash withdrawal is processed.
- GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer processing times are subject to the receiving institution's clearing schedules.
- mayawin does not charge fees on standard e-wallet withdrawal transactions. Bank transfer fees, if any, are determined by the receiving institution.
- mayawin reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request as required by PAGCOR anti-money laundering regulations.
5.3 Currency
All transactions on the mayawin Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Where a Player deposits using a non-PHP payment instrument, conversion to PHP is applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate risk is borne entirely by the Player.
mayawin offers various promotional incentives including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin equivalents, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is presented to the Player.
6.1 General Bonus Conditions
- Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in that bonus's specific terms.
- Bonus funds and real-money funds may be maintained in separate wallet portions. Withdrawal of real-money funds while bonus funds remain active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, subject to offer-specific terms.
- All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds that remain un-wagered at expiry are forfeited.
- mayawin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where reasonably practicable, Players will be notified of material changes.
6.2 Bonus Abuse
Any Player found to have engaged in, or reasonably suspected of engaging in, bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, exploitation of wagering requirement loopholes, multi-accounting for bonus purposes, or coordinated betting patterns designed to circumvent bonus terms — will have all associated bonus funds and winnings voided. Their Account may be suspended or permanently closed. mayawin's determination in this regard is final.
All games on the mayawin Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment operated by trained dealers in professional studio environments. The following rules govern gameplay at mayawin:
- Game-specific rules applicable to each title are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing game rules before placing wagers.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected game round will be reviewed. Where a round cannot be fairly determined, all wagers placed during that round will be voided and refunded to the Player's wallet.
- mayawin does not manipulate game outcomes. All RNG game outcomes are the product of certified algorithmic randomness beyond the control or influence of mayawin.
- Sports betting odds are set by mayawin's odds-setting systems. Odds are subject to change before an event commences. Odds at the time a wager is confirmed are the odds that apply to that wager.
- Manifestly incorrect odds (including but not limited to "palpable errors" where odds are clearly misquoted) may result in the voiding of bets placed at those odds, at mayawin's sole discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mayawin Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mayawin reserves the right to take immediate action, including Account suspension, fund forfeiture, and reporting to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement, in response to any breach:
- Registering more than one Account or participating in the use of another person's Account.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with mayawin.
- Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that constitutes a financial crime under Philippine law.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any non-human method to access, navigate, or place wagers on the Platform.
- Colluding with other Players in any game to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to sharing hand information in live poker or coordinating bets in multiplayer games.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Players who discover such errors are obligated to notify mayawin support immediately and must not exploit them.
- Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after winnings have been paid or play has occurred.
- Attempting to access the accounts of other Players or any restricted areas of the mayawin infrastructure.
- Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at mayawin staff, live dealers, or other Players.
mayawin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gaming-related harm to Players. The following responsible gaming measures are in effect across the Platform:
9.1 Minimum Age
Real-money play at mayawin is strictly restricted to persons aged twenty-one (21) years and above, in compliance with PAGCOR's regulatory requirements. Age is verified at registration through date-of-birth entry and confirmed through mandatory KYC documentation review.
9.2 Player-Activated Tools

All content on the mayawin Platform — including but not limited to the mayawin name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of mayawin or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any mayawin content without prior written permission from mayawin.
- You may not use any mayawin trademarks, trade names, logos, or branded elements in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without explicit written consent.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purpose of personal gaming.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:
- mayawin provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mayawin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
- mayawin shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
- mayawin's aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that Player's wallet at the time the cause of action arose.
- mayawin is not liable for losses resulting from your own failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
Nothing in these Terms limits mayawin's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
mayawin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account — and to withhold, void, or forfeit funds held within that Account — where there are reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:
- The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The Player has provided false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
- mayawin is required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, court order, or PAGCOR directive.
- The Account has been inactive (no login or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months.
- The Account is subject to a fraud, money laundering, or abuse investigation.
Where an Account is closed due to reasons other than Player breach, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of necessary verification processes. mayawin will communicate the reason for closure where permitted by law and where doing so would not prejudice any investigation.
mayawin is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution. In the event of a complaint or dispute, the following process applies:
- Step 1 – Internal Support: Contact the mayawin support team via 24/7 live chat or by email to [email protected]. Provide full details of the dispute, including your Account username, the relevant date and time, the game or transaction in question, and the nature of your complaint.
- Step 2 – Formal Review: If your complaint is not resolved at the first-contact support level, request escalation to mayawin's formal complaints review process. mayawin will acknowledge formal complaints within two (2) business days and issue a written decision within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
- Step 3 – PAGCOR: If you are not satisfied with mayawin's decision following the formal review, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR through its designated complaints handling channel, as the regulatory body with jurisdiction over mayawin's operations in the Philippines.
mayawin reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Player rights, bonus terms, withdrawal processes, or eligibility requirements — mayawin will provide notice to registered Players via the Platform or by email to the registered contact address, where reasonably practicable, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the mayawin Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
The current version of the Terms & Conditions is always available at mayawin.club/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document identifies the version currently in force.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination — that is not resolved through the internal dispute resolution process set out in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines and the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR.
The mayawin Platform is intended for use within the Republic of the Philippines. mayawin makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines, and access from such jurisdictions is at the sole risk and responsibility of the Player.
